That previous notice dated 31 July 20 stated all 1.0 TSI s between 2018 and 2020 are affected.. I guess Dealers are giving out wrong info as usual..!

As both your test car and purchased car are on 17 inch wheels , unless there is a big difference in type of tyre, they should both steer the same...so very odd that you feel a big difference. That recall notice says ALL of the 1.0 TSI engined VW cars, including the T-cross are to be recalled due to faulty injectors..! So, most of us are affected.!

Have you tried adjusting the settings as suggested above..?

There is definitely a VW one that fits..maybe under T-roc....your Dealer is obviously not very good.!

I don't think that those items are options on the T-cross. In my opinion they are not items I would require. If you really need them, then look at the Skoda.

I'm sure that there have been posts on this subject...search the technical section.
You can try switching off the "stop/start " that seems to help in some circumstances.
Ask the supplying dealer about Motability options.
