OK here is what the dealer has received back from VW - the LED lights will automatically change to dip the other way, once the car drives onto the continent. I would be interested in what your dealer says. I did try and get an answer from mine & got the following which I don't treat as definitive ! __________________ I haven’t been able to get anything definitive about the lights, there is no way of adjusting them and everything and everyone I have spoke...

It is a frustrating part of car sales that unless we give top marks the dealer loses money. Car manufacturers do not use surveys to learn and improve, they use them as a stick.

As far as legality, I am sure that is covered by the terms as you click through.

I am quite impressed after a few months.

Over xmas we had 5 adults in the car for a short journey and 4 adults and luggage for a long journey & had plenty of legroom. We were impressed with how much can be squeezed underneath the floor in the boot.

After you get to around 15mph the doors autolock, which living in London we find useful, no idea how to turn off though !
