You can definitely retrofit a camera - we had one fitted to our R Line after delivery (by the supplying dealer). Not sure about the parking sensors though, they were on our car as standard equipment.

We had an annoying rattle in the boot too. Fixed it by removing and then replacing the adjustable height boot floor. Mustn’t have been sitting correctly on the mountings somewhere. No issues since.
