Re: Current rarity value.
https://vwpress.co.uk/company/uk-sales-figures Seems like a 2:1 ratio in sales of , T:ROC: T-CROSS. Still from the stats the T-CROSS is selling quite well.Roughly 7000 sold last year (march 2019 onwards so not a full year) As a comparision Seat sold 12000 Arona in 2018 and probably a similar number ...

Maintenance plan
Took out the extended 3yr maintenance/service package back in November ,figured based on usually reliable average of 12000 miles a year I would get at least 3 services and probably a front brake pad change ,which would guarantee break even. Now with covid crisis our milage has halved last 3 months a...

Re: Vw Volkswagen T-Cross Foam Boot Liner Cover
I bought this Carbox one and its a good fit (as good as my genuine VW top tray) , though others ,possibly cheaper are available on Amazon etc. https://www.carbox.co.uk/shop/boot-liner-vw-t-cross-suv-04-19-lower-with-adjustable-floor-in-lowest-position/ I now keep the boot floor in the lower position...

Re: Warning Triangle
Great call iggmm
Ordered as suggested and a perfect fit in the tailgate recess ,all for less than a fiver.
Certainly acceptable quality short of perhaps obtaining a proper new or second hand VAG product.

Re: Now available with 150bhp engine!
Talking of which a mate who has run a Audi Q2 1.5 company car for a year tells me the latest software update carried out a month or so ago has fixed the hesitation issues. Prior to this he was extremely dissatisfied with the car.

Re: T-Cross more expensive to insure
I swapped my Insurance (10 months to run)across from 9 year old Nissan Juke to a brand new T-Cross and no additional cost not even an admin charge.
So it depends on your insurer and each vehicles insurance group.

T Cross on Motability
I note the T Cross is now available on Motability .
However with a PIP advance payment of £999-£2399 ,I cant see them being massively popular when compared with similar available cars -Seat Arona’s for instance some of which are nil advance payment.

Re: First spot of a T-Cross
Ive seen only 2 T Crosses on the road in the last few months, normally when you buy a particular car they suddenly seem to be everywhere-not so far with the T Cross.
To put this into perspective I even saw a De Lorean on the road last week so now its T Cross 2 De Lorean 1 .

Re: Boot Liner for T-Cross
The T Cross liner is a sort of foam material that doesn’t appear too sturdy on first appearance. I used a cheap generic Halfords boot liner made from almost identical material as a “tray” under my leaking tumble dryer for several months this year.Did the job and absolutely undamaged at the end of it...
