The sound comes on at speeds over 15mph. The seat sensors are normally activated depending on weight. I've not tested it with shopping bags. The dog is 40kg and sets them off.

I happened to look at this today as we have a large older dog who prefers to sit on the back seats (with seat covers on) but I couldn't find a solution in the manual. If I don't engage the seat belts the alarms sound on the journey, if I do engage the seat belts the receivers on the outer seats stic...

Did they check tyre pressures? I'm quite happy with mine on 18" tyres. A lot bettet than my previous Mazda CX3 on 18" tyres

Most insurance policies will provide a replacement new car in the first year should the car be written off, as such there is no need for gap insurance.

I have 18" tyres on the First Edition, the ride quality is good. Be wary of ride quality on new cars out of the showroom as the tyres are over inflated at the factory to about 40psi and the dealers don't always lower the pressures to recommended levels.
