VW German customers are being offered 'cash back' on 'transport accessories' , such as towbars and bike carriers (snapshot of the offer from VW.de website attached)

I've contacted VW about this and been told that there are no plans to offer this to UK customers.... we'll probably get price increases instead :x

VW have really started penny pinching in the UK.

My wife has a T Cross costing just over £20k.

Ive got a Tiguan Rline Tech and have been looking into a T Roc R.

The T Roc R is £38k and has the same dash/hard plastics of the T Cross! Also, for a £38k car, it doesnt come with heated seats!

Disgraceful! VW are really starting to short change their customers...

I'm completely underwhelmed by VW UK. Their customer service is a joke, absolutely no help whatsoever and I'm not that impressed with the dealership I bought my car from. Will make me think twice before I buy another VW, even though I really like the car.

As for me buying VW accessories.... not if I can help it!! I'll be buying a Thule bike carrier, which looks better quality for less money than bike carrier (by Uebler) being sold by VW UK
