What's the recommended tyre pressure for Cinturato P7 215/45 R18 89V ?

The sticker in the car's door refers to a different type of tyres (205/55 R16 91V)

I have the same info sticker on my car however have 17's. Car booked in for new trim / speaker on wed ill be getting correct pressures for 17's then.

The correct tyre pressures are Front 33 PSI and Rear 30 18 inch wheels, the 51 PSI refers to the spare wheel ,16 inch ,pressure if you have one in the boot as opposed to the glue kit, the higher pressure reference is to a fully loaded vehicle.
