VW have a live configuration for the T-cross. Looks a wee bit expensive but very well equipped. I'm waiting for the SEL version.

Also found the attached price list from a brokers website. Brokers sometimes have all the info first!

Good spot. Prices look to be c£1-2k higher than the equivalent Seat Arona.

R-Line spec doesn't look too far off what you get on an R-Line Tiguan.

Personally not a fan of black roof lining unless paired with a panoramic roof, so will probably be looking at the SE or SEL depending on spec and price of options.

Yes, Andy I noticed that too. I reckon it will be live soon. The broker obviously has the info but posted it in error too soon. Looks like VW also made a mistake about putting the R-line up. Are you getting impatient like me!

Yes, getting impatient but for practical reasons - baby due in just over 3 months and need to get the car ordered. Hoping there will be some in dealers to look at before we order.

I made a configuration with R-line pack 1.0 TSI DSG and ticked every option available on the local vw website.

The final price was 26284 Euros.

I guess it will be a bit more expensive is UK.

Also, when the 1.5 TSI will be available, the price should go higher by 1-2k euros i guess

The UK pricelist and full specification for each model is now on the VW website as a PDF. Configurator not yet updated. Orders now live.

We called the local dealer who said they wouldn't be getting a demonstrator until end of April.

The First Edition looks comparable with the R Line in terms of specification and cost, and as such appears to be good value, no choice of paint finish however, only white. The First Editions should be here at the end of this month.

It will be an SEL for me with manual gearbox. Extras will be: Deep black paint, folding mirrors, winter pack, driver profile selection and rear view camera. Comes to £22945. Quite happy with that.
Some things missing? E.g. spare wheel and tyre option and 4th yr warranty. Also rear cross traffic alert meant to be there and option of folding front passenger seat. Will ask my dealer tomorrow.
Overall I am pleased with the car package offered.

Edit: it looks like VW UK may have stopped offering extended warranties on initial purchase of a new car. Also blind spot monitor may be part of the 'Lane Assist' feature which is standard across the range. Still not sure about spare wheel option. I would rather have one to be honest.

Does anyone know if the car comes with an option for a sunroof?
It doesn't. There's a long youtube video, linked elsewhere on here I think, which compares the whole of VW's SUV range, including the T-Cross. Specifically states there's no sunroof option. I think it's due to lack of headroom. Same is true for the Seat Arona, which the T-Cross is built alongside.

Looks like spare wheel option has been added to the Configurator. Quite reasonable price I reckon - £115. Hopefully dealer will let me add it to my order!
