Can anyone tell me what the convenience pack includes. Neither dealer nor VW customer services know.

In the manual things listed under 'convenience' are auto windows... Hold down the remote buttons to open and close all windows. And indicators... Three flashes when moved to the point of resistance.

All can be turned on/of in the menus.

In Finland convenience pack contains multi function steering wheel, 8 inch touch screen, phone connectivity, android auto/iphone car play connectivity and second usb connector to front.
But I think these are included in SEL anyway, so it varies in country to country.
