Whenever I start my car, an initial message appears telling me that Data Transfer is set to maximum security. Is there any way to stop this irritating message appearing. Sure, it is just one screen press (OK) to get rid of it but ten times a day is nearly 4000 per year. What is the point? The supplying garage says that there is no way to stop this. Thanks for any help!

Something to do with privacy setting in your profile. I don't have this setup so can't advise further but there are older posts in here on this if you search.

Probably irrelevant, but have you tried deleting it from the Notification centre?

Sorry for being late to the party. This tiresome and wholly uncessary "notification" has an easy fix. Just leave the radio on, even with the sound off, that stops it.
