Hey,

I picked up my new T-Cross today but I cannot register myself as the primary user. I have created an account, logged in and every time I start the engine it welcomes me then a bar pops down asking if I'd like to register as the primary user...I click register then I just get a loading screen and nothing happens. Has anyone come across this or know of a fix?

But basically needs the dealer to fix but you need to contact vw customer support first 0800 - 2797508 choose option 1 then option 3
