Purge Valve/N80

Newby, so please be gentle. Own a 1.0 2019 T Cross - engine management light on, diagnostics done, purge valve is the issue. Can anyone assist with a picture of where this valve is located? Called VW, they told me they call this an N80, not a purge valve........ :)

N80 is just VW’s term for the purge valve. On the 1.0 T-Cross it’s usually mounted near the intake manifold, close to the throttle body, with a hose running to the charcoal canister. It’s a small solenoid with an electrical connector and two vacuum lines. If you pop the engine cover off, you should be able to spot it toward the back right side of the engine bay. A quick search for “VW 1.0 TSI N80 valve” should bring up some pics to match what you’re looking for.
