Hi Guys,
I'm on my second T Cross since October. (The first one didn't have app connect, so I changed it to an SE model.)
Today I was taking some stuff to recycling, and discovered that the rear seat (the double seat) does not lie flat.
I lift up the clip/lever, the red button appears but the seat wont move.
The whole seat moves backward and forwards, and the single seat drops no problem.
The head rest seems to be fully down.

Any ideas?
I will not be happy if I have to go back to the dealership again.

The whole seat shouldn’t move unless you lift the lever at the front of the seat base....is it loose...? Not locked in place..?...make sure that’s ok...then, if the seat top release unclips ok...give the back a firm push....it may just be stuck....good luck.

OK, I get you now. Had to read a couple of times to realise you've not got a problem with the seat not being flat when folded down, you mean the seat won't fold down at all.

Had a mechanic look at it, he thinks the cable has become disengaged. Back to the dealer I guess. At least I have the warranty.
