Hello All. I am new to the forum as I have only had my 2021 1ltr T Cross for one week. It is the TSI SE MODEL. Can anybody tell me how to get my USB ports, in the front of the gear stick, to play my music when I insert my sandisk pen drive. I've got the correct lead and USB C to USB A connector as supplied by VW. Do I need to buy a special pen drive which is compatible to VW or am I doing something wrong. The format of the music on the drive is MP3 and WMA.

You should be able to play MP3 music from any pen drive with an adapter for the USB C port.
You need to put the pen drive in and select MEDIA on the Infotainment screen.
