Anybody experienced this problem?
My dealer contacted me to carry out an update which has now been done, although I had no problems beforehand.

I've seen the odd report about it, but nowhere near the level the papers would have you believe. I'm guessing they're hoping to find their own 'dieselgate'.

I'm on the all Tiguan models forum, the mk2 Tiguan forum since inception, this and the T-Roc forum, I've seen a handful of reports of issues with the SOS system. Mostly Tiguan mk2.

Whenever I see these sorts of articles in the press I always think of the quote (usually attributed to Mark Twain) - "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story"
